League Eligibility Criteria

League Eligibility Criteria

Last updated: November 2024

EXP Golf values competitive junior golf and believes that the growth of the game and the advancement of the next generation of prominent golfers depend on fair, competitive tournament entry policies and systems. Therefore, only active members may apply for and enter EXP tournaments. Similarly, only EXP Members (including former members whose membership expired less than 6 months prior) are eligible to earn XP and be ranked on the leagues official ranking.

The official EXP eligibility criteria is as follows:

  1. A player must be between the ages of 11 and 21 prior to the end of the final round of a given tournament to be eligible to compete in the tournament.
  2. A player must have never played professionally nor earned an income from playing golf.
  3. A player must not have graduated college. More specifically, a player must still be NCAA eligible. Players who have started college are eligible to compete in select events, given that player meets all other eligibility criteria.
  4. A player must be a member of EXP to compete in EXP events.

If you have any questions about the league's official Eligiblity Criteria, please email League Office at team@expgolf.org.
